I SEE A COLDNESS IN YOUR EYES LIKE A WINTER'S DAY
Not every day did Margo get to go to the Frosty Shore. She hardly ever went. Although she loved exploring and travel, she hardly got to go due to how busy she was at her home. Taking care of her house and painting took up most of her time. She loved doing both, so she never complained about doing either.
Margo was heading to the shore for fun. Of course, she had brought Ky. He was her ball of fun and he always made everything more enjoyable. Margo had actually dressed properly for the cold weather. She was wearing a white, long sleeved dress with black leggings. This might not seem like it was proper for cold weather, but this was as close as Margo was going to get. She had a backpack hanging from her shoulders. Inside was a cardigan, a book, a potion, two pokeballs, and a pair of gloves. Margo was prepared for a relaxing afternoon with Ky.
Ky waddled next to Margo's legs. He was slow and adorable. Margo and Ky made their way to the Shore. When they arrived, Ky went in the water. He was able to stand the cold water due to his skin. He was an ice-water type as well. Ky loved the ocean. He felt like he belonged there, but he would never want to leave Margo's side. She was too important to him to leave her. Margo tossed him a treat from the land, and he caught it in his mouth. He barked cheerfully and clapped his hands. Margo smiled at him, as she pulled her gloves on her hands. It was colder than she thought by the shore.
Margo sat on an old wooden bench and watched Ky splash in the water. He sure was silly and crazy. Ky rolled in the shallow part, then splashed some more. After a while of watching, Margo got her book from her bag. She started reading from where she left off. She finished the next chapter and put it away. "Ky!" She called to him. He waddled to her feet. Margo laughed and patted his head. He barked happily. The two were having such a nice afternoon.
