I'll let you be in my dreams if i can be in yours
Happily strolling once again through the park, Annabelle felt at peace. She didn't know why she enjoyed it here so much, but something about it just made her happy. She looked down at her Emolga, who was in her arms half asleep. "This is where she was caught, so maybe she would want to say hello to her wild friends or something." she thought. "Hey Nami," she said, waking her pokemon up and setting her on the ground. "You can go explore if you want to." Upon hearing Annabelle Nami happily sprinted as fast as her little legs would carry her. "But don't go too far!" Annabelle called after her, hoping her pokemon heard her.
Now she was left with one pokemon for the time being. Po was safely in his ball because he didn't feel like walking too much and he was too heavy to carry, but Annabelle let him out anyways. She didn't like not having a pokemon out with her. She was worried that other people wouldn't know she had a pokemon, and that somehow irked her. Once Po was out of his ball, Annabelle looked around the familiar plaace a bit more. There were some people having a picnic, a trainer catching a pokemon, and in the distance, she could see two people having a pokemon battle. She went with Po toards the battle to get a closer look.
When she reached the battle, a crowd of one or two people had formed, 'ooo-ing' and 'aaa-ing' to the moves. The judge called out points, which were depleting the more they were hurt. She suddenly realized that this wasn't a trainer battle, but a coordinating battle, which fascinated her much more, with her being a coordinator and all. She sat on a bench as she watched. Before she knew it she became really invested in the battle with each of the pokemon's grace and elegance. She glanced at Po, who had neither grace nor elegance. When the battle ended, she stood up and clapped with the few other people that were there. She really wanted to battle someone too, but she would never ask someone. She hoped that someone else wanted to battle so she could volunteer to battle with them.
